The wakil (agent) holds the position of a trustee (amin): he does not bear liability for loss arising without his negligence or misconduct.
The wakil does not guarantee the outcome or any return or profit.
The wakil may not purchase from himself out of the principal's assets without the principal's express permission; any conflict of interest must be disclosed.
