Check a contract

The document is taken apart clause by clause, and each clause gets a finding of its own with the wording of the source behind it. Where the library settles nothing, that is said plainly instead of being smoothed over, and the absence of a finding on a clause is not a statement that the clause is sound. What comes back is not a fatwa and has no legal force: the disputed points are worth taking to a specialist in Sharia and to a lawyer.

Mizan does not issue fatwas and does not replace a scholar. It is not legal advice and gives no contract force under the law of any country. Where the matter is serious, have the contract read by a specialist in Sharia and by a lawyer.
