Ask about a transaction

Ask in ordinary words — about an instalment sale, a penalty for late payment, a rented shop, a pledge, a share in someone's business. What falls outside fiqh al-muamalat, such as worship, marriage or inheritance, Mizan leaves alone here: there is no corpus behind it. Inheritance shares are counted separately, in the calculator — that is arithmetic, not a ruling.
