- Partners: full name of each
3. Subject matter of the contract and business activity
- Business activity (subject matter of the contract)
4. Capital and partners' contributions
- Contribution of each partner to the capital: type and valuation
5. Distribution of profit and bearing of loss
- Shares of PROFIT (as a percentage; the shares must total 100%)
- Shares of LOSS
6. Management and conduct of the business
- Who manages and conducts the business (acting as wakil — agent of the other partners under wakalah) and on what terms
7. Withdrawal of a partner and valuation of his share
- Procedure for a partner's withdrawal and the valuation of his share
